Schedule Meeting

We created a clear information hierarchy, clean and modern layout, simple visuals that enhance the understanding of a complex technical term and clear and non technical copywriting.

Objective & Solution

The objective was to provide much more detail on Relayr’s products and to take a drastically different design approach while doing so.

We built a straightforward information hierarchy for easy content discovery. This formed the foundation for a completely new communication concept. This led to a re-envisioned brand with sleek and modern page layouts and custom illustrations to effectively visualize the functionality of the technical product.

Project Deliverables

The following are some of the deliverables that were created for this project.

  1. Deliverable

    Website Architecture

    Product Strategy

Detailed breakdown of the website's sitemap information hierarchy of individual pages. Allocation of all content types and specific themes and topics cross-site navigation.

  2. Wireframes

    Product Strategy

Blueprint for each page which enables all teams to start work in parallel: UI design, copywriting, creating of visual content and web development all know what to do based these schematics.

  3. Interactive Prototype for User Testing

    User Experience

To validate assumptions made during the concept phase we setup a clickable prototype of the website.

This prototype was used to run rapid user tests with high profile CEO’s from Relayr’s network.

The feedback we received was super valuable and actually changed our trajectory going forward.

  4. Brand Design Explorations

    Design

We started to explore how far the client would like venture from the status quo of the visual design. The first approached preserved the primary brand color red and from there we pivoted gradually into a spectrum of greens and blues to highlight the technical nature of the company.

  5. Final Brand Design

    Design

To enable flexible content editing we developed an interactive graphics system to enable editors to dynamically compose custom icons for various use-cases throughout the website.

  6. Finished Website

    Implementation

The finished website is a flexible and future-proof setup based on SvelteKit for the frontend and Sanity CMS as the backend. It loads lightning-fast and integrates with a privacy aware tracking setup and SEO best practices.
