FTI-Andersch has been with us for many years now and we went through many transformative website projects together. In this project we re-designed their already very successful careers website and integrated it into the main website at www.fti-andersch.com .

Objective & Solution

The main website and the careers website were two distinct web properties for the last years to give the HR team the freedom to present their careers efforts in a slightly different way than the main website presented their business services.

After the recent visual brand update, we were tasked with the objective to update the careers website according to those new design guidelines as well.

Our solution was to integrate the entire careers website into the main website's structure yielding a much more cohesive user experience as well as mutual benefits for both marketing teams.

Both sites now profit from streamlined upgrades and system maintenance plus increased link juice for search engines, providing FTI-Andersch with a unified experience across all their initiatives.

Another huge benefit is the ability to cross link existing, structured content across both sections of the website.

Project Outcomes

    Merging two websites into one drastically increases brand cohesion.

  • Better Discoverability

    Combining the link juice of two successful website resulted in a steep and lasting traffic bump from search engines.

  • Increased Flexibility
