Those business tools have come to find your information (personal information such as, company name, representative name, job title, and email) via business registers and business connectivity tools such as LinkedIn.
We suggest checking with trade registers and connectivity tools such as LinkedIn to understand which business tools have access to your company data.

With regards to European data protection legislation and German taxation laws, Dinghy GmbH will store your data that is necessary for tax-related purposes for a minimum of 10.
Marketing data, such as email and inactive accounts will be stored for no longer than 1 year. Dinghy GmbH will review this retention schedule every six months.
Other type of data, such as for website projects, will be stored for as long as the project lasts. Once your personal data is removed based on one of the reasons as stated above, it cannot be retrieved unless you provide it again to Dinghy GmbH for reasons as stated previously in this policy.
